The Casambi CBU-A2D is a compact Bluetooth-controllable, Casambi-enabled lighting controller designed for intelligent wireless control of compatible LED drivers and lighting systems. Combining 2-channel 0-10V control with DALI functionality, the CBU-A2D provides a flexible solution for professional lighting control installations.

The CBU-A2D can control one or two 0-10V controllable LED drivers, making it suitable for applications requiring independent control of two lighting channels. It can also control a tunable white LED driver with two 0-10V control interfaces, making it ideal for adjustable colour temperature and dynamic white lighting applications.

For installations using DALI technology, the CBU-A2D can be configured to operate in DALI mode, allowing connection to a compatible DALI LED driver or DALI sensor. This enables advanced lighting functions such as presence detection and daylight harvesting, depending on the connected equipment.

Wireless Casambi Lighting Control

The CBU-A2D connects into the Casambi wireless lighting control ecosystem and can be configured using the free Casambi app on compatible iOS and Android devices. Casambi-enabled products communicate through an intelligent wireless mesh network, allowing lighting systems to be expanded from individual luminaires through to larger multi-device installations. Casambi states that networks can incorporate up to 250 Casambi-enabled units.

This makes the Casambi CBU-A2D particularly useful for commercial lighting, offices, retail premises, hospitality, residential projects and smart lighting installations where wireless control and flexible configuration are required.
