ENER-J WS1085 White Wireless Kinetic Grid Switch
The ENER-J WS1085 Wireless Kinetic Grid Switch provides battery-free lighting control while fitting neatly into compatible Knightsbridge grid plates. Its white one-gang design can be installed alongside standard mains-voltage grid switches, making it a practical solution for electricians, homeowners, landlords and property developers.
Powered by an integrated micro-energy generator, the WS1085 converts each button press into enough energy to transmit a wireless signal. Therefore, it requires no battery, mains supply or neutral wire at the switch position. This can reduce installation time and avoid chasing additional switch cables into finished walls.
Pair the switch with a compatible ENER-J ECO Series wireless receiver to control a lighting circuit. When used with a suitable dimmable receiver and compatible dimmable lamps, the switch can also provide wireless dimming control. The receiver is not included and must be selected according to the connected lighting load.
The system can be configured for flexible two-way and multi-way lighting control. One WS1085 switch can operate up to ten compatible receivers, while one receiver can be paired with up to ten switches. This is particularly useful in hallways, staircases, open-plan rooms and commercial spaces requiring several control positions.
Offering an indoor wireless range of up to 30 metres, an IP65-rated switch enclosure, approximately 200,000 operations and a three-year manufacturer’s warranty, the ENER-J WS1085 provides dependable wireless lighting control for new installations and retrofits.
